Our offices in downtown Victoria, BC are the headquarters for Maximus Canada. Both administrative and operational functions are carried out here. More than 500 people work at this location, in operations for Health Insurance BC and the Service BC Contact Centre, as well as in administration and information technology.
- Vancouver Island, Fraser Valley, South Okanagan
Maximus Canada Employment Services Inc. (MCES) proudly focuses on innovative solutions to help people find jobs. MCES is actively recruiting for positions to operate Employment Services catchments in Victoria, Nanaimo, the Fraser Valley and the South Okanagan. Serve citizens in a Provincial Government-funded program that provides access to job search resources, employment planning, skills assessment, training, work experience placement and more.

In Toronto, Ontario, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) program. ODB helps Ontario residents cover the cost of prescription medications, and the dynamic customer contact center processes applications, renewals, change notifications and receipts. In Ottawa, we operate a contact centre for Elections Canada.

- Interviews and Testing:
If your application moves to the next phase of the recruitment process, we will contact you for a panel interview. This phase of the recruitment process may include testing and/or a second interview. If testing is required, it may happen prior to your first interview.
- Reference Checks
Once the interview and testing phase is complete, we will contact the references you have provided us.
If you are the successful candidate, the hiring manager will contact you directly, and you will receive a written offer.
