Victoria includes Operations for Health Insurance BC, which administers the Medical Services Plan (MSP) for residents of BC, and the Service BC Contact Centre, which provides information and referral services for BC programs. The Service BC Contact Centre also provides direct citizen support for high-demand government programs, on an ongoing and periodic basis.
Other regions in BC represent Maximus Canada Employment Services (MCES). MCES serves citizens through provincially-funded programs that provide access to job search resources, employment planning, skills assessment, training, work experience placement and more.
Maximus Canada is constantly assessing new technology, processes and methods of delivering services to the citizens of Canada. With our expertise in program information management, claims processing, Contact Centre services, document processing and Information Technology, we are positioned for significant growth. Join us in a new project serving the citizens of Alberta.
In Toronto, Maximus Canada administers the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) program. ODB helps Ontario residents cover the cost of prescription medications, and the dynamic customer Contact Centre processes applications, renewals, change notifications and receipts.
In Ottawa, Maximus Canada is proud to operate a state-of-the-art Contact Centre supporting federal government contracts. Contact Centre agents respond to calls from across the country, providing citizens with information and referral services.
