  • Account Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

    • Be ultimately responsible for the delivery of effective support services to client accounts in eHealth or e-Business business areas;
    • Build and maintain relationships at both the client and business user level;
    • Provide financial accountability and billing integrity on an ongoing basis for assigned accounts;
    • Coordinate all activities associated with the ongoing operations of client accounts, including but not limited to: resource scheduling, ticket resolution, ticket management, patch development, patch scheduling, patch testing, patch release, software product upgrades and client based input into software product releases;
    • Prepare monthly reports including both client facing status reports and internal management reports on financials, risks, issues, etc.;
    • Provide leadership to assigned accounts and effectively communicate expectations to team members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
    • Meet and grow revenue goals for assigned accounts and work closely with Business Development to find new opportunities with clients; and

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • University degree, or a suitable combination of education and previous work experience;
    • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in account management;
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with an inherent focus on the needs of the customer;
    • An ability to see the “big picture” and the future direction of the business;
    • Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is required;

  • Business Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to)

    • Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter Expert in assigned business domains
    • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
    • Work with stakeholders and project team to research, collect and prioritize requirements for projects, enhancement requests, change requests, statements of work, and issue resolution
    • Lead the analysis of business processes and elicitation of requirements with clients for software products
    • Create documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, process flows, and wireframes

  • Configuration Management Developer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, develop and support solutions which facilitate ease of product deployment, availability and operations throughout full product lifecycle;
    • Implementing and supporting various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure;
    • Build automated deployments through the use of configuration management technology;
    • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation;
    • Participate in data center architecture design, implementation, automation, and support;

  • Full Stack Software Developer

    RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):

    • Develop technical design in accordance with functional specifications, and participate in design reviews;
    • Develop new application software specifications and construct application code;

  • OBIEE Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):

    • Support current BI/Analytics processes, enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions;
    • Install, configure and administer Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition;
    • Install, configure and administer Oracle Data Integration;
    • Install, Patch, and Configure OBIEE 12c environment;
    • Troubleshoot any issues within the OBIEE technical environment;
    • Complete performance tuning;

  • PeopleSoft Database Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):

    • Work with application development staff to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures;
    • Create models for new database development and/or changes to existing ones;
    • Install and configure PeopleTools, Oracle Database, Web Servers, and Oracle related tools and utilities;
    • Administer Oracle Tuxedo (install, patch and configure);

  • Product Owner

    RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):

    • Lead, plan and manage the product backlog for a specific Product module including documentation, analysis, testing and feature acceptance;

  • Senior Back End Developer

    As a Senior Back End Developer, your daily work will consist of building both RESTful and event driven APIs, database enhancements, and integrating with 3rd party services. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and architecture of our enterprise systems along with developing high quality, well tested, code that can be packaged and delivered to clients all over the world.

    KEY SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Diploma in a Computer or Design related program with equivalent development experience;

    • Practical experience and knowledge of relational databases (familiarity with Oracle would be an asset);
