Terri Tibbel-Mosher

Vice President, Business Operations

Terri Tibbel-Mosher serves as Vice President, Business Operations, where she drives business operational process transformation and oversees the Project Management Office (PMO). Before beginning this role in December 2020, Ms. Tibbel-Mosher served as Senior Portfolio and PMO Advisor.  

Results driven, Ms. Tibbel-Mosher achieves key business objectives through effective, hands-on improvements to structures, processes, and supporting systems. 

With over 30 years of experience in large scale project delivery, project governance, and services delivery oversight, Ms. Tibbel-Mosher's background includes multiple Canadian industries in private and public sectors. She has held positions of increasing scope and complexity with organizations such as Alberta Health Services and Fujitsu Consulting and has worked as a consultant with organizations such as the University of Calgary, Enbridge, Shaw Communications, and ENMAX.  

Ms. Tibbel-Mosher holds an honours bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario. She is an experienced project manager and Prosci® Change Management certified. Over the past several years, she has shared her business, IT, and project management experience as a part-time instructor at Mount Royal University.
