Tracey Schmitz has served as Vice President, Human Resources since November 2018, where she is responsible for the strategic alignment, development, and delivery of corporate-level Human Resources programs and initiatives.

Ms. Schmitz brings more than 15 years’ experience working in the Human Resources field in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Maximus Canada, Ms. Schmitz held positions as manager, director, and vice president of the Human Resources division at ESIT Advanced Solutions in Victoria, BC. Her other notable employers in HR include BC Oil and Gas Commission, BC Public Service Agency, Compass Group Canada, and RONA.

Ms. Schmitz holds a Human Resources Management diploma from Sheridan College and a Labour Relations Certificate through Queens University. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with the BCHRMA.
