Trina Foster
Vice President, Strategy and Social Sector
Trina Foster joined Maximus Canada in early 2020 as the executive lead responsible for strategy, and operations of our Employment Services division.
Before joining Maximus Canada, Dr. Foster was the CEO of ONESTEP, Ontario’s umbrella organization for the employment and training sector. She brings with her both national and international experience in workforce development policy and practice. Dr. Foster is an organizational strategy leader with 12 years of experience in senior leadership positions. She was the inaugural Executive Director for the Ontario Centre for Workforce Innovation and the founder of Eduk8te - an educational technology company that provides in-class assessment technologies for learners, educators and administrators.
Dr. Foster holds a PhD in physical inorganic chemistry from Boston University and a bachelor of science degree from McGill University.
