Recruitment process
- Application:
Submit your cover letter and resume online, using the Maximus Canada Career Centre. If you are interested in more than one position, please apply to each job posting separately. - Evaluation:
Your application(s) will be screened based on the qualifications listed in the job posting and job description. - Interviews and Testing:
If your application moves to the next phase of the recruitment process, we will contact you for a panel interview. This phase of the recruitment process may include testing and/or a second interview. If testing is required, it may happen prior to your first interview. - Reference Checks
Once the interview and testing phase is complete, we will contact the references you have provided us. - Selection
If you are the successful candidate, the hiring manager will contact you directly, and you will receive a written offer.
