Employee Resource Groups
At Maximus, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that help foster an equitable and inclusive workplace where many perspectives and experiences are embraced. Maximus ERGs are open to everyone and build a sense of community and belonging for employees who share a common identity.
Our wide range of ERGs empower members by providing each group with a collective voice to speak with the company’s decision-makers and leadership. They also exist to benefit and nurture their members’ learning and development opportunities.
Drivers of Change Alliance
Employees help support Global Impact and Belonging initiatives by joining the Drivers of Change Alliance. We promote employee engagement and education by:
- Aligning to our monthly cultural heritage recognition program
- Sharing regular articles and interviews
- Hosting events and community conversations
- Supporting growth of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Participating in the Maximus MentorU Mentorship Program
CAMSC Partnership
Maximus partners with the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC) to support small businesses, fuel economic growth through community investment, and create a more nimble, agile supply chain.
