Rehan Qureshi has served as the Vice President, Technology Consulting Services (TCS) since October 2023.

As the head of the TCS division and a national thought leader in the digital transformation consulting space, Mr. Qureshi drives innovation and accelerates digital transformation for Maximus clients. He develops and expands the company’s consulting practices, which champion emerging technology and support program modernization.

With over two decades as a technology and business solutions leader, Mr. Qureshi is an industry veteran, delivering cloud transformations, business process optimization and re-engineering, strategic procurement, and solution-oriented consulting. His previous experience includes roles in global technology and consulting powerhouses such as Confluent, Google, Amazon, Gartner Consulting, and Deloitte.

A published author of IT research and expert speaker in private and public sector venues, Qureshi is also pioneering and promoting new advances in the tech industry.

Mr. Qureshi brings an LLM in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA with a specialty in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University, and studied Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. He is a licensed Project Management Professional and has received doctoral leadership accreditation from Franklin University.
