Maximus Canada, a leading provider of government services and solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carla Saunders as Lead Counsel, Canada. Saunders joins the organization’s executive leadership team with over a decade of legal expertise and a reputation for collaborative, practical problem-solving.
Saunders will lead Maximus Canada’s Legal and Contracts function, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Her approachable leadership style and commitment to accessible legal guidance have been celebrated across her previous roles in the private and public sectors.

Saunders holds an MBA and a JD from the University of New Brunswick, an honours degree in Psychology from Mount Allison University, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador (non-practicing), and the Canadian Bar Association.
