Lei Cai
Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office & Business Services
Lei Cai has served as the Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) & Business Services since 2023.
In her role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining Maximus EPMO capabilities to deliver large and complex projects on behalf of our clients, while overseeing best practices in the project management lifecycle. Ms. Cai also provides executive leadership for Maximus business services, including business reporting, communications, procurement and vendor management.
With over 15 years of project delivery experience, Ms. Cai is a seasoned executive with high-performance team-building expertise. She has brought her exceptional skills in large-scale transformations to the private and public sectors, most recently as Director, Application Solutions at ESA and Director, PMO at CBI Health.
Ms. Cai brings a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto.
