Lilly Binns shapes the future of the public sector by driving forward new technology to automate health care programs.
In her role with Maximus Canada, Lilly leads multidisciplinary teams that develop enhancements and innovations to optimizing health care claims administration in Canada and beyond.

Strength in Adaptability
Lilly draws inspiration from Malindi Elmore, a three-time Canadian Olympian, the fastest Canadian marathon runner of all time in the 45–49 age group, and mother of two.
“Malindi inspires me not just because of what she has achieved, but how she achieved it, courageously reorienting her career later in life and reinventing herself to focus on the marathon,” says Lilly.
Malindi’s journey also shows the value of adaptability: “Plans and action are important, but adjusting to change is essential for success. Like Malindi, leaders need to rethink strategies and evolve as conditions shift.”
Lilly applies this approach every day, balancing strategy and flexibility to move forward. “Consistent effort and perseverance, even when progress is gradual, will help bring meaningful transformation.”
